FM07 NLSC Story : The Draft

This thread is for the people participating in the FM07 interactive story, Mark, Drex, Dean, Ty-Land and myself are the only ones allowed to post in this thread. If you want to comment on anything, or for those five, post anything other than your pick, do it in the draft talk thread.

I'm posting this early just so you guys can check out the structure and also what players are unavailable. The draft itself starts as soon as you want it to, so to Drex/Mark who may be busy for the next day or so just post your selection when you're ready.

Also, to the two threatening to kill over Mark Gonzalez... he was actually sold to Real Betis in the transfer window, so he is eligible to be drafted

THE DRAFT

The draft order has been determined randomly, and it will be reversed. So the last person to pick in the first round gets the first pick in the second round, and so on. There's no time limit on this but I'd ideally like to get it done as quickly as we can, as long as it doesn't drag on for weeks it should be fine.

Rules:

The following players are not available for selection:

Any current player in an English Premier League team. If you are unsure of whether a player is in the EPL or not, do a search in your copy of FM or alternatively look the player up on wikipedia.

Structure:

Round 1: Pick any eligible player, at any position.
Round 2: Pick any eligible goalkeeper
Round 3: Pick any eligible defender
Round 4: Pick any eligible midfielder
Round 5: Pick any eligible striker
Rounds 6-15 inc: Pick any two eligible players, at any position
Round 16: Pick any 5 players 17 years old and less, on a youth contract
Round 17: Pick your manager/assistant manager (can be anyone outside of the EPL)

Everyone was assigned a number based on their name alphabetically, these numbers were then put into an online randomizer and this is how it came out for the first round...
