Well, there's an AFL thread. Might as well make one for the NRL

Crappy season for Broncs... due to all the injuries... And was worst when Petero didn't get resigned.

Well, looking forward to Finals...

Melbourne v Brisbane: No matter how much I'm hoping for an upset, we (Brisbane) just don't have the personel to compete with the Storm... I'm not pinning much hope on a Brisbane victory.

Manly v Souths: I'm going for a Bunnies win. They did beat Manly just a few weeks ago... so maybe they can do it again... although they won at home and not away.

Cowboys v Bulldogs: Crazy good game last week... Cowboys looked like they were in control before Bulldogs had like 4 tries in a mater of 12 minutes or so... can't remember but it was pretty exciting. Sonny Bill will be out for 2 games, maybe, for suspension. Will be a close game.

New Zealand v Parramatta: The Eels reckon all the pressure is on NZ... I think Mark. is a Warriors fan. Anyway, I'm going with NZ in this game although anything can happen... all the games apart from Storm and Brisbane have a good chance of going either way (Although there is always a slim (Very slim in this case) chance for Brisbane to get the win)

ROOOOSSTTEEERRRSSS... had a disappointing season but will be much improved next year under Freddy. I could care less about the finals series, as long as Souths gets hammered I'll be happy.

What's the difference between the NRL and AFL? I only know that one is the softy league compared to the other.

Parra beat Warriors narrowly 12-10 last night. Personally, I was expecting more from both sides.

It was good game... last try was... yeh... Not sure if I woulda given the Warriors that one...

Both teams had their flashes of brilliance but they held eachother down pretty good and ther crowd was pretty rowdy.

Can't wait till Souths play tonight

Bulldogs v NQ will be good too

When they gained 90 metres in like 4 tackles... that was awesome... pity they couldn't hold onto the ball.

No suprises Melbourne won, and in spectacular fashion.. Cronk, Smith and Folau just picked Brisbane apart, not to mention Steve Turner terrorising Michaels all game.. Ryan Hoffman also had a great game.. Here we come Premiership!

Yeah the Warriors loss was really dissapointing, simply couldnt convert our chances, that string sets (how many did we have 5? 6?) where we were within 20 of the line most of the time was really annoying.

Lets hope we can move past the Cowboys, Ive got a feeling we might pull out a good one.

Thurston got cleared to play. I don't really support NQ but they are a QLD team I guess... so will need to root for them to beat Manly. Cowboys got an awesome forward pack.

I'd like Manly to win the Grand Final, but it should really be the Storm.
