Madden 08 Player Ratings

IGN has started revealing player ratings of Madden 08 as part of their Madden 08 Countdown.

Looking at the Seahawks, I'm mostly pleased. The only major problem for me is Nate Burleson receiving a 76 rating while Bobby Engram got 82 which makes no sense, especially since Burleson's been killing at camp. But overall, the ratings seem alright this year.

Cutler's awareness is low, should be up to about 75, he's gonna lead us to the playoffs, show the man some respect!

I really like cutler, but I just cant buy on young QB to get there that quickly. The Rothlesberger (sp?) thing was a once a decade occurance. Ill give the broncs another year before theyre ready for primetime.

Why are they rated 90 and 83 :-p

Also brailon edwards is overrated, he sucks, winslow is a little high, they finally have a good offensive line this year which makes me happy, they have some good linebackers this year.

I like the ratings for the browns atleast besides the 2 horribly injured guys.

I'm liking the Bengals' ratings. Carson Palmer gets a well deserved 97 overall rating. Chris Henry's is too low though. If he can stop fucking around and grow up, he will be one of the better recievers in the NFL.

I guess I'll put it in this thread...EA has apparently put an embargo on any Madden reviews that are below a 9/10. Meaning if a site gives Madden a score lower than 9 and publishes it before Monday, EA will punish them.

I heard the ps3 version runs at 30FPS and xbox 360 runs at 60FPS, good thing i have a 360.

Chris Henry's is too low though. If he can stop fucking around and grow up, he will be one of the better recievers in the NFL.

I can't believe they gave him 85 catcher rating, max I'd give him is 10 due to the fact he's gonna have to step it up because of the handcuffs he's gonna be wearing.
