Ty-Land has finally reached 1,000 post!
It has taken a couple of years but I have finally made it. The amount of hours I have spent procrastinating here is not really indicated by my post count, but I can assure you there have been many a night which I have lingered reading for hours.
Now for the shout outs:
Andrew: Thanks for giving me the opportunity to be more active in the community last year when I out my hand up, and for putting a hell of a lot of effort into this site and keeping the community strong.
Andreas: All round top bloke. Puts in a lot of effort behind the scenes and gets involved in all facets of the community.
Qballer: Both became mods at the same time, being thrown in the deep end. Works hard to keep this place going strong and always keeps the discussion, whatever the topic, interesting.
Bigh0rt: Same as above in many ways. Funny bloke, great patcher and a brilliant mod who takes no shit.
Indy: How can you not appreciate someone who supports the Pacers so passionately? Good sense of humour and basketball knowledge. Seems like he is always up for a good time.
Cyanide: Like Q and Bigh0rt, thrown into the deep end at the transition time. Very consummate poster, witty and argumentative when need be. Part of the Apple Talk Alliance, which raises his stock considerably.
The X: For some reason I feel like you're an old friend in a way. Made some brilliant dynasties/associations. Always there to give advice, share your bball know how or have a yarn about anything.
Donatello: Had a lot of respect for you as a mod, and have a lot of respect for you as a poster. Good to see you back.
Jae: The prototypical mod in my mind. Can't imagine how many hours you spent here. You knew how to lay down the law, crack a joke and burn the crap out of n00bs. Hope you join us again in the future.
Matthew: Never afraid to give your opinion, regardless of the fact that it will piss off a few people. A lot of respect just for that. Top notch mod, glad to see you around again. Also, your 2k6 association was the reason why I bought my x360. Was utterly brilliant!
Jackal: Actually have a lot in common. Both studying law and both like to waste time here to avoid doing any study or work. Always the smartarse, in the good way, and never afraid to share his opinion or twist a serious thread on its head (usually by some sort of witty joke).
Shadowgrin: Funny, funny guy who seems to always post something funny in every thread, regardless of topic.
Riot: Always stands true to his views, and while I normally disagree with you, the fact you hold firm makes you a respected poster in my eyes. Always good for a political argument and a Timberwolves rant.
Jugs: Geelong supporter, first of all. Gone from a crazy kid who spammed like there was no tomorrow to a poster who lets the new kids on the block where there place is. Usually by an absurd but hilarious remark.
Shannon: Great all round poster. IMHO, one of the best we've got going around at the moment. Always presents a solid argument in any heated discussions, and seems to know his stuff on every topic.
JaoSming: Unbridled passion for NBA Live. Seems to open up to the board and gives whatever he can to help improve and develop the game and the community
Lean: Didn't know him until recently, but seems like a top guy who's started to show his character in the General Talk area. Quality sense of humour!
Also honourable mentions to Pdub, Tuomas, Matt (Fire Flop!), Drex, Big Green, Axel, illini, Jing, Cerv, Mark, Gundy, Magius, hammertime23, Nick, Hinrich_12, Joe, Its_asdf, Pera, Laxation, Scotty, Fitzy and Anthony15.
