Is it all right to have a thread for each series instead of putting everything into a "Playoffs" thread?

also after a series has been finished, mods should merge the threads together to keep it clean. Instead of posting in 8 different threads throughout the playoffs, merge say the thread for the Suns/Lakers with the one for the Nuggets/Spurs after they are done and continue on from there.
