RSox Retires

I'm leaving the NLSC. 2300 posts is a nice even number to stop at. I have enjoyed a great year and a half here. I have met some really cool people (Flite_23, hammertime23, Andrew, Cable Guy, frenchy, D4L (JustP), cklitsie, JaoSming, Jing, Skinny Mo, FLASH3, Joker., Dirtdog1, Scorer--20) and there are many other people who I didn't know but seemed cool. There are also the group of people who pissed me off, but it is not the time to get into that. I may not be known by many patchers because I have only gotten NBA Live 2005 most recently, but frenchy, Flite_23, and I have been able to keep an up-to-date game. It is sad to leave it all to Flite_23, but the patching and forum is taking up too much of my time and I would like to get more into productive activities like music aside from my schooling. Maybe hammertime23 and Scorer--20 will become more interested in the game to support Flite_23. It is kind of sad to have this day come, but I had been telling Flite_23 about it. I wish the NLSC well, and I won't forget my time I have spent here. I'm excited about what else will come later in my life (58 years according to this) , but leaving the NLSC saddens me . I would stay, but I have thought this through and concluded that this is the best path for me. Keep the NLSC running Andrew.

See ya Rsox, shame to see ya go for all those people who dont have the newer lives. The patches you made and the ideas you had were amazing whether they came to fruition or not wasnt the point.

About this just being a website: for some people their web community is a huge part of their life, apparently Rsox is one of those. But I think alot of times its if they're here, they'll wanna patch; patching takes time they dont have, so they retire to keep their hobby in check basically....Its just like anything else...it has to stay a hobby and not become your life
