EVGA seems to be good.
I think that I won't go for something else than ATI and Nvidia.. but thanks anyway.
Actually, there's a bunch of cards from different manufacturers, such as EVGA, MSI or Gigabyte, but they're still based on ATI and Nvidia chipsets. For example, EVGA did a bunch a very good cards based on the Nvidia 6800 and 7800 technology.
I have an ATI X850XT, but technically it's been developed by a manufacturer called VisionTek, which named the card Xstasy2, but it's still an ATI chipset in the first place.
Right now, I believe that the only card released card that supports directX10 is the Nvidia 8800. I'd suggest that you wait a couple of months maybe, because a bunch of new cards are gonna be launched and the prices will go down quickly.
