NCAA March Madness 2006 EA Sports - creating a player

While in Dynasty Mode, let's say in my 3rd season.

1. Is there a way to create a new player? And be able to recruit him?

2. If so, can we just assign teh created player to a team?

I've tried and not able to do it.

I think it's the same for all sports games - you can't create player while in a dynasty.

well seeing NBA Live is made from MM, you won't be able to do that since you can't do it in Live.
