Just to let you know.. the text doesn't say 'flash' right now, it says 'flasè'.
The 1st effect is the better one out of the two, but to be honest the sig is nothing special.

You need to work more on the background.

Find some normal images and blend em' together, play with it - and you will get a pretty decent sig.

And about the color - The third Wade is the best, but you don't need to contrast him so much( try duplicating the layer and then put Linear Dodge on the second one, desaturate the first one, duplicate the first one and then put Multiply, Color Burn or Linear Burn - play with that too)

The Boozer one makes me think think and think....

The Wade Kobe, AI Melo, and Shaq one are to light and plain.

The Arenas one is nice plain and simple while that Mournig one has potential.
