burning a 3 disc series

Postby Christopherson on Fri Sep 08, 2006 11:13 am

So I just bought a new computer, and I burnt a bunch of pictures off my old one onto some DVD's. It was about 10 gigs and I used Roxio. It burnt it onto a 3 disc series, but for some reason the first disc isnt working at all. Whenever I try and access any of the data on the other two discs, all it does is ask me to insert the first disk. Does anyone know how I can get the stuff off of at least the two discs?

There isnt some kind of recovery program? Why would they make it so you had to have ALL of the discs in order to access something on only one of them? It just doesnt make sense to me.

Well you could just make an image of the dvds and use Alcohol 120% or Daemon tools to emulate the drives to make your computer think you have all three disks in the drive.
