I've never seen that. Looks pretty cool and I wouldnt have to worry about it rolling around and smashing on anything.

I have seen those types of watermelons, and they don't impress me. They should be priced like usual watermelons.

It's innovative and creative (y)

To make it happen, farmers grew the melons in glass boxes and the fruit then naturally assumed the same shape. Today the cuboid watermelons are hand-picked and shipped all over Japan.

They have to price it like that, otherwise they'd be losing money trying to make them.
