Emoticons not animating

Is this happening to anyone else? The emoticons aren't animating for me, the laughing one doesn't laugh anymore>
No biggie though, but i wan't to know if it's only happening for me.

My is 'ing. I think its just your pc... doesnt have a funny bone.

It doesn't animate if you press stop whilst loading a page. If you let it fully load, it'll animate.

The animations will also be interrupted if you click on an emoticon in full reply (though not in Quick Reply).

The emoticon isn't laughing because France lost the Cup.

Happened to me once, but as mentioned by Jugs let the page fully load. I found out that some application running in the background with IE was causing some minor errors so the pages doesn't load completely. I removed that unneeded application and problem solved.
