:D One of my favourite TV shows ever. I remember when I was about 8 years old, I got up at 7am on saturdays to watch Transformers and Masters of the Universe on a british TV station. I didn't understand a word at that time, but that's how I learned. No kidding! :D

Dang, I loved transformers as a kid. Then they came out with Beasties, that killed it for me.

I thought Beasties was half-decent. It was the next one, Beast Machines that made the series so uncool.

I have still have an optimus prime transformer along with a couple of other "Beasties" toys. Pretty neat stuff.

Michael Bay is directing it? I hope he doesn't screw it like Pearl Harbor.

This movie is a nerd's dream come true. All of us 20+ know this show very well and i can't wait for it. What are the chances we'll get a Dragon Ball movie or a Voltron movie? :P

I remember a little bit of the transformers, but I was really too young to just pay attention to it. I still got Transformers toys  Hopefully one day they will be collectibles, but I can't wait for the movie.

There are numerous Dragon Ball animated movies.
There is also an animated Voltron movie where the 2 Voltrons, composed of the "lions" Voltron and "cars" Voltron teamed up to go against both of their foes.

As for a live-action Voltron movie, we could only guess or wait.
There is a Japanese live-action Dragon Ball movie based on the first series when Goku was still young. It sucks.

lol they are collectibles NOW. you should see how much some of those are going for....

lol yohance, this isn't a nerd's dream come true. if you grew up in the early to mid 80's, you watched the Transformers-GI Joe hour every day after school. those 2 shows weren't cult like hits- they were the best cartoons/toys at the time. it's more like if you didn't watch the show/have a transformer, you weren't "cool"

i can't wait

Hmm..in case you didn't realise..i was asking about live action movies....not animated. Or maybe you were making a joke or something.

That is fucking geekalicious. It will be interesting to see them transform. I bet some of those cars will make it into limited edition cars after the movie releases. That chevy looks like a dodge charger.
