and i know they're a bit fast but i didnt make them slow because otherwise people would think its just a 1 frame non-animation sig.

yes. they're too low-res. and you can slow it down to a decent pace without people scrolling past it.

i dont wanna freak out or anything,
but I only cut ONE picture and that is the carmelo one...i did it quickly and also it was small...ALSO I smudged it so...like i said i dont wanna freak out or anything but you could have told me something wrong about it instead of just saying "learn how to cut pictures, it sucks"

Ok, I'll give you some suggestions:
First of all, a sig with a black background doesn't look that good, second, the most of the times you should cut the players and put them on a background.

It's a sig tutorial made by The GOAT, a nice sig maker, so I think it could help you out...

I know how to make sigs. I dont need that tutorial. The reason why i didnt cut them out is because i was too lazy...I was TOO LAZY TO CUT OUT ALL THOSE PEOPLE...I ONLY CUTOUT CARMELO....I only focused on the more broad view of the sig like its animation....not really but you get what i mean

Ignoring the cuts, it's still a poor sig. The players are just slapped in wherever, some of the pics are stretched and blurry and the animation is pointless. A tutorial wouldn't hurt.

I gave him a proper advice...If you see the galleries of the best sigmakers you'll not see lazy ass people who are just too lazy to cut off a fucking picture, and you'll not see half-cut backgrounds, stretched images and a black background.

You don't know that he's lazy. Maybe he's just inexperienced and this didn't come easy for him. You don't have to be an asshole.
