Ghost in the House?

Alright, here's a little story from what has happened tonight.

I was sitting here at the computer watching NBA 2K6 videos and having a good time. It was pretty quiet in the house and out of nowhere I hear music blasting from the kitchen on my mother's computer. I figured it was my little brother in there so I yelled for him to turn it down with no reply. So, next, I go in there and to my surprise no one is in there. I turn the volume knob on the speakers down and leave the room.

A few minutes later I see the light in the kitchen turn on and then as I go to get up to check it out it turns off.

So what, just a few weird things going on, right? Nothing else can possibly happen. Wrong. About ten minutes later the music once again blasts (sounded like full volume) from the kitchen and this time it's a Slipknot song (dear god what does my brother listen to) that keeps repeating 6-6-6. At this time, I am now officially convinced that there's something in the kitchen, a spirit or ghost one might call it. I refused to go in the kitchen with that devil music playing so I rush to my brother's room and get him to turn it off.

This isn't the first house that I've lived in with spirits/ghosts hanging out in the kitchen. Just last year, in our previous home, I saw a ghost (well, it was a HUGE glare above the sink even though the lights were off) one night as I was getting a glass of water to drink. My mom told me the next morning that she too saw the ghost.

I'm convinced that there is indeed something that follows our family and camps out in the kitchen. My mom suggested that the music might be a virus but there's no way any kind of virus can turn the speaker knob AND turn the lights on and off. If a virus can indeed do this I'm impressed.

There's no way he could've done it. The first time it went off he was in the shower and had been in there for a while. I turned it down and before it went off the second time he was in his room getting ready to goto sleep. Nothing else has happened - my mom woke up and is now in there on her computer working.

Don't be scared of ghosts. Especially poltergeists that can manipulate physical objects like knobs, doors, fossets, etc. Ignore it as hard as you can(Loud music is hard to ignore, though) and it should go away, or you won't notice it. Don't let things like that turn you into a paranoid schizophrenic.

No, no. This music started nearly five minutes after he got in the shower and he knows better not to play music this late at night. I'm not scared or anything, just an odd night overall. Whatever was going on has stopped and I hope it doesn't happen again.

haha. was pretty convinced there was something in my house last night U3D man.... i was in my study, and i had just got home frmo work and my mom and sister were at work and school respectively. I sat down in on the chair, and right after i sat down i could hear footsteps creaking and thunding. I just like froze cause the footsteps were approaching my direction, then after it seemed like the footsteps had just gone right in front of the door they stopped and i sneaked to the door and opened it but there was nothing. I busted out to the living room and kitchen but there was nothing...

Like you this was not the first time.. weird. I'm just like wtf?!

One time. I put my deck of Pokemon cards on my table and went to get food. Came back and noticed it was gone..........ghost??? LOL JKS

No one knows whether ghosts do or don't exist. I'm not sure why everyone is so definite about everything. "This doesn't exist" "This isn't real" "There is no such thing" etc, it's entertaining.

Explain the necessity of our creation then. Explain why exaclty we are made and what keeps us going.

Beside the fact we are humans, just the idea of humans is crazy to me. Just as people say "aliens" dont exist. Why cant they, if we exist why can they.

I can't answer why we are needed or if we even are. I don't think the word necessary has anything to do with life at all. What keeps us going is simple, its the survival instict. I was talking to a buddy of mine the other day about something similar. He told me to "pull my head out my ass" when I wasnt measuring something correctly and I told him what if we were all born with our heads in our asses then he couldnt argue about anything. If my head wasnt in my ass then thats when there would be a problem. It wouldnt even be wierd because that would be the established norm. Thats the thing, we could have been made any way possible that would would be wierd to think of now but in that reality wouldnt. Sometimes I wish I could just climb up the side of the wall and it woulda been helpful to have feet that do that.

Do you read? I said I turned the volume KNOB on the SPEAKER down and somehow it was turned back up.

Anyways, tonight, I went into the kitchen to pour a glass of Mello Yello and I politely asked the spirit/ghost/supernatural being to please shut the fridge for me but it had to be a jerk about it so I just shut it myself. Having a little fun with it.
