Doesnt look 3 bad. Maybe add more flavor to the text "STAR" or maybe a slight filter on the entire background.

The "Throwing the Heat" text doesn't look good with the rest of the sig but I like it, it's always nice to see a good "non-grungy" sig. (Y)

I think it's a bit plain, you just cut him out and pasted him in. Try adding some type of effect.

Updated with a new Shane Battier sig. I really liked the result of this. Text wasn't workin, so just went without it.

EDIT: Jenks sig taken down, because this is my gallery and it is meant to be my best works.

Also, I made a D12 sig today.

Well, since nobody is commenting on any of my sigs, I made a Peja one with a purpose of trying to make a clean sig with hardly any brushing.

Again, I think the picture is too plan. Peja looks like you just cut and pasted him into the sig... try reading Colin's player effects tutorial for a few ideas of what i mean by adding an effect...

also, the arm looks a bit deformed.. not sure if that's your cutting or not, but worth mentioning.

I really like the new wallpaper of LeBron. Though, the background is a little bit plain. You should add something like a table as a background or something like that.
