I became inspired to write this thread not long ago.... my area was under a tornado warning (one was spotted less than 15 minutes from my house heading in my direction) and I got a bit panicked... esp since I am the only one home at the moment.

That was just one moment though, but the most intense in my life came when I was in second grade, 7 years old. I was outside, going into my dad's old toyota truck to get a calculator.. along comes my little brother, who hops into the drivers side of the car, while I'm pretty much hanging on the side of the truck climbing to get in. I remember being thrown off the truck when he pulled the clutch out of the truck, sending me flying out behind it... and then shortly after 'waddling' like a duck almost getting up from where it had ran over me (across the pelvis). My mom was screaming, running down our driveway ( i live in the mountains so its all hilly), she fell down, scraped her arm up pretty good, and then came and got me.
Our neighbor heard the screams and came up and took me to the hospital. I'd say I'm pretty lucky, in fact I'm amazed I didn't break any bones at all. Probably because it was spread out over a decent surface area (and the truck was pretty small). The truck rolled down the hill and hit a tree stopping my brother and it from rolling off the mountainside.
Ok, enough about my intense moment. Yours?
