Re-activation of membership

Postby hwtan on Mon May 08, 2006 1:29 pm

I registered as a member some times ago. Recently I tried to post a message and was denied because my membership was classified as inactive. Fair, and I can understand the reason behind. However, I am unable to re-activate my membership. In the end, I have to register again under a different user name and email address. Also, I am unable to de-register my previous membership. There should be a friendlier way of resolving this situation. Could the web-master help up is this area?

If you don't contact us and let us know there's a problem, we can't help you out. If you give me the name of your original account, I can resolve the situation.

Thanks for your reply.

My original user name is hwtan and the new one is hwtan3. I would like to use the original one. So are you going to help me with that, or is there a way that I can do it myself?

Thank you and regards.

As I said, I will take care of the matter. If you have problems like this, all you need to do is send us an email and we'll take care of it as soon as possible.

Since your original account hasn't been used, I've deleted it. You can now change your name from hwtan3 to hwtan through your Profile.

Thank you. The problem that I encountered was finding the right email address (who are the web masters? Since I could not log in, I was not allowed to send to anyone whom I think can help me. Anyway, thank you for your help.
