Controller Deadzone

I used to have a program that I could set the deadzone of my controller to what I liked. I recently reformatted my computer and this is one of the few things I have been unable to find. If anyone knows of a program, please send me the link or e-mail it to me at SAG375@gmail.com. Most of you will probably say google it. I have tried and came up with nothing, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
