i got a problam, since i didn't knew where to put this thread, i decided to put it here.
so, after a short google search, i find out that this is a common problem, but there is no solution.
maybe someone know what to do?

use firefox or convert the png image into another format.

JUst like Null17 said use firefox.I had the same problem with IE and then i got firefox and now it works with no problem.
