The unwritten rule says...

"Never post your first attempt!!!"
*somebody always say that in threads like these so might as well beat them to it*

Yeah, but if I don't post my first attempt then I will never know what's wrong with it.

That 'don't post your first attempt' idea is BS. Just make sure you take your time. Work on your sig or whatever. When you think you're finished go look at some sigs you think are really nice. Then look at yours again, and try to make it better. As it's said "when you think you're done, you're halfway there."

It's not too bad for a first try. I know you're a Kings fan, but try to stay away from purple other than using it for highlights. It becomes blue too easily, and it becomes pink too easily. Speaking of pink, Martin shouldn't be pink. And work on placing your font in a better location.

Use a larger picture... even if that means some of the pic will be cut off. You're able to get much more facial detail that way.

I'm glad to see you're trying basic stuff to start, as opposed to just filling everything with a million brushes. A suggestion though, when you've got simple effects like this, experiment with shapes. Here's one of my favourite sigs --> Hakim Warrick sig. It's ultra-basic, but I used transparency and shapes to make it interesting. Try stuff like that.

Looking better. Maybe some cooler looking text would help.

Try not to over blur your images. Looks better though.

Its really boring. Theres nothing special to the sig.

I just wnana tell you that you gotta so something with the pic like give it an effect. Without an effect the pictures look flat at boring. And the same thing with the text. Add an effect to it. Also go to www.dafont.com to download some more fonts cause that font on the bucks onis really bad. But I think its the best one you made yet. Keep trying and maybe you'll be as good as Colin or The Black Death.
