Well , how do you guys handle problems or stress? Personally playing/watching basketball works alot for me. When I'm angry I'm ALOT more agressive and alot better. It doesn't help all the time , but most of the time it gets my mind off everything. Yea , I'm just curious because I want to know what you guys do to handle your anger/stress. As some of you may know she is still in my mind and its stressing me out , even though its been 2-3 months already . I want to try other things to get her off my mind because playing ball isn't helping . Anyways its not about me, so just post what you guys do and I might try them . Thanks...
