I didn't like the show that much, but I've got the comic strip bookmarked and check it every day.

Yea, I've started watching it a lot recently, it's a really, really, really well made show. One of the best cartoons I've seen recently.

It's impressive how many guest stars they've had so far: Charlie Murphy (lol), Samuel L. Jackson, Sway, Mos Def, Quincy Jones, Xzibit..

I read a lot of those Boondocks cartoons when I used to subscribe to the Washington Post...haven't seen the TV show though. Isn't it on Cartoon Network / Adult Swim in the states?

Yeah, that's one of the few good shows on Adult Swim.

I love it

"Now let's see how a nigga moment effects a white man"
*black guy bumps into white guy*
"Watch where your walking bitch!"
"What did yo-wait a miniute.. hah I'm white!"
*white guy walks away*

Yeah, I just wanted an excuse to type "nigga"

There was mention of Boondocks today in the FoxTrot comic strip; did something happen to the illustrator of Boondocks? It said he was in 'hiatus' or something.

Yes...on a 6 month trip or something. I was pretty shocked.

FoxTrot is also a funny comic strip.

This might be a shock to some forum members, the word boondocks came from Tagalog, a dialect from the Philippines.
It's derived from the Tagalog word bundok meaning mountain. Search it up if you think I'm lying. :D
