:shock: :shock: are you serious :lol: press PrtScn to take it then just paste in a image program ie Paint, never mind we're all noobs at some stage
press Ctrl + Alt + PrtScn to only take a screenie of the window you have opened. i thought in one of the threads you said you wanted to do something with computers :lol:

Look on your keyboard, there is a button named PrtSc/SysRq, it's near the Insert button.

Hit that button & then go paste it in paint or something, be sure to save it as a JPG and not a BMP.

Well, nothing will happen. You have to press it & it copies whatever you're viewing to your clipboard. If you go into an image editor & press paste, it'll paste it.

You won't get a message confirming it's been copied to clipboard.

bascially press PrtScn then go into Paint and press Ctrl + V (this pastes it) and hey presto you've done it :mrgreen: it really isn't that hard

Clipboard is a part of the memory on the computer that all the stuff you copy gets temporarily placed. So if you for example would copy a piece of text, or an image, or whatever, then that would get placed in the clipboard.
So to access whatever is in the clipboard you gotta paste it in a appropriate program (for text, then a program such as Word or WordPad works great; and for images, then a program such as MS Paint or Photoshop works just fine).

edit: After you've copied the image into one of the graphical programs (MS Paint, Photoshop etc.) just click 'Save As...' and choose .jpeg.

OMG :lol: you press Ctrl + S(this saves it, or you can go File Save AS) then go to file type click on .jpeg and then put in a name for the save as press SAVE
never start working in PS :lol: stick to paint
