Hi NLSC.

5000 posts and counting I guess.

Thank you to the people who are a part of this virtual community. A pleasure to be able to commute with you via the internet and all! When I started here, I must have been the most stupid, arrogant and... useless poster there was. Not at the level of those who have been banned before me... and maybe I still am not that great a poster. But who cares? (As Kobe said a few days ago... about Shaq)

Well, in case you guys don't know me yet... I really don't know myself. But to a lot of you people, maybe I'm an egotistical bastard who gets offended easily and has no logic in any of his arguments? Or a wannabe black guy who is also a wannabe hardcore asian guy and a bandwagoner whenever Aussies are doing well? Maybe I do need a bit more time to establish that 'nice guy' rep I want to have! hehe.

I remember that when I first logged onto this forum, I had a lot of stupid questions to ask! And at that time, I had always bragged about Kobe Bryant being the next Jordan and there was no chance he'd fail at that. 2-3 years later, I've actually learnt, from a lot of you guys, how to look at basketball both at a fun way and at a serious analytical way. I know that, Kobe won't be the next Jordan... and I know that the Lakers aren't unstoppable. Thank you for that boys.

I never paid attention to the Homer business... or the jason Kidd/LeBron James/Tim Duncan guy... wait; Were they the same person? But I was more active in the forums when the likes of Coolmac showed up. And it's these bad guys and the good guys who bring 'life' to these forums! And it's great!

You see, NLSC isn't just an online community by the name of a games/NBA forum... but it's actually alive! Everyone is acting like themselves, everyone has an identity! I applaud you guys for that! And thank you for making this online experience enjoyable for me!

And to the haters (I'm sure some of you must dislike me... it's only natural), sorry if I never ever say I'm wrong. I'm not the guy to do that but thank you for harsh criticsims and all. Because you have only shown me how to act and communicate and to understand my peers. It is a lesson, learnt much harder in real life. I'm glad to learn it in this environment - at least I don't get shouted at in front of people I know!

Well people, here's to 5000 more! And here's to the future! I hope it serves both prosperous and yeh.. prosperous to all of you! Be happy and smile every day! make the most of life cause once the train comes and goes... it might never come back again!
