Jae in 2000 wrote:I started a Miami franchise with a draft. I had the number 5 pick (clicked random 10 times) and this is how it went-
**************************************************
#1-H.Olajuwon
#2-C.Laettener
#3-G.Rice
#4-M.Richmond
#5-J.Williams (PG)
#6-S.Perkins
#7-K.Van Horn
#8-D.Nowitzki
#9-S.Mack
#10-T.Porter
#11-A.Croshere
#12-R.Fox
**************************************************
I wasn't really happy with this, I mean, fifth pick and I come out with this team. So before I even played a game, I decided to make some more trades and sign some free agents to send along as packages. So I made some trades, the biggest being Olajuwon and Porter for Marbury, Duncan, Manning. Anyway, heaps more trades, still haven't played a game, probably because it's late and I'm tired. Here's the team as it stands now-
**************************************************
C-Rik Smits
PF-T-Duncan
SF-Shareef A-R
SG-Penny
PG-T.Brandon (got him cheap)
Subs-
G.Rice
S.Marbury
D.Nowitzki (poor mans Garnett)
D.Coleman
M.Richmond
S.Kerr
**************************************************
So I haven't played a game, and if anyone has any suggestions on what I can do, just let me know. Any help will be appreciated.
P.S-I tried to get Garnett, but it's near impossible. And I wanna see how the guys go before I go trading someone like Hardaway

Also, Tim Duncan should be rated a little higher, IMO. I'm just hoping that the new rating scale doesn't give an unfair advantage of a 90's player against a 60's player.

And it was pretty cool, although it was the PS2 version of the game Smile.
The graphics look nice, but there are still some minor flaws. For example the players can run through each other, often seen in the one-on-one Carter vs. James. But that should be fixable easily. The play-by-play announcer in the arena sounded very nice and the arena itself looked pretty cool.
But there are still some things to worry about. That game Nets vs. Mavs was 5 Minutes a quarter, but still 20 - 10 the score was at the end of quarter one. I am still praying, that this sliding difficultie and game adjustment thingy is in place, so that this could also be the score after 12 minutes of play. But I am hopeful.
All in all ... awesome video which makes one craving for more Very Happy. And I officially cant wait now to get the game.

this can be made to look like the ea sports design. remove carter and make the background white and add the nba live logo somewhere like on the right of jordan's knees or something

Magic are right in the thick of the playoff race, and then they just change coaches. Brilliant timing.
