No actually Laxation is correct, try it yourself. Double Click on the area left of the End Process and you get the stuff that the original poster had. Double click again, and you have the normal end task end process thingamagig.

EDIT: Damn, you were right I actually tried, and you can double-click anywhere and it will change.
