Well, somebody took some photos of the game, made a gif with them. Then he copied it to a replica of ESPN Motion, and he added the stats of the game.

There's a few programs out there. Do a search in the Photoshop thread, there are a couple threads with the same question. Or try Google.

Look for Jasc animation shop pro....ive used that for 5 years. Like this one i made 4 years ago.
