I liked the animated series, but I have a bad feeling about the movie. When will Hollywood learn you can't do films like Aeon Flux, Spawn & Alien vs. Predator justice with a PG-13 rating?

Seems the role would've fitted Kate Beckinsale (sp?) much more than Theron. Regardless, both of em are gorgeous. Although I prefer Theron a blonde & Kate a redhead a la Van Helsing.

She looked hot in Underworld though.

I think the movie will plainly suck man. :|

The special graphic ambience of the series (that makes it great) would be VERY hard to represent in live action.

The series had a serious tone to it. The movie seems like a sci-fi kiddie flick.

This movie reminds me a lot of Equilibrium. (which was a pretty good movie.) I don't know about this fighting for individual freedom shit. It's been overdone in way too many movies. If the world could live without poverty, without crimes, and most people could live without suffering, I would not be that much against it. It's not like most people are free anyhow. Most people are just poor.

I think this movie will be stupid ass crap, but it doesnt look as stupid as Cat Woman.
