Hi I'm new in the forums...

I wanna ask is there a game about NBA Management like Championship Manager that we have to deal all the transactions, salary cap problems etc...

Total Pro Basketball. Very good...but be sure to download a roster patch somewhere though..or else you'll have fake rosters. (Find them in the forums somewhere...it shouldn't be hard.)
