how do i make text like this?

dont point me to the 'create warped text' option, i know that one but its not what im looking for since it wont let me create a text exactly like that^^ one.
i think its something with paths/masks that i need to do

Actually you can create a text exactly like that with the "create warped text" option... You just need to lower the settings of the "warped text".

Yea, you can do it in warp text. Don't select "Arc" select "Arch."
