NFL custom art question

I understand that this is nfl q but no 1 helped me in any nfl forum.I want to edit the endzone and mainlogo . The art includes .dat files that was included in the archive. eg bruins.dat which includes all the logos. can ne 1 tell me how do i open the .dat file and edit logos

Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore
Preparation will only take you so far. After that you've got to take a few leaps of faith.
