What font is this?

Anyone know if you can download this font somewhere? I looked a little bit but couldn't find it exactly. It's from AAO's Brooklyn Nets concept jersey that I'm working on, and yes I got permission.

I can't make them transparent either, I think it has to do with certain versions of Photoshop not having enough .png options.
