A request for a Toronto Raptors, banner..

Hey,I am making a website for my home team the Toronto Raptors called "Raptor World",and I need a banner. Heres the details..
[Please no bigger then 500x200]

These are the pics I want in the Background faded with some cool effect if that can be added:

This Pic faded on the left side:http://photostore.nba.com/perl/get_image?size=480_art&provider_id=202&ptp_photo_id=85025

And then this main pic(please cut him out,and put him wherever looks best,and dont fade,unless it looks good):http://photostore.nba.com/perl/get_image?size=480_art&provider_id=202&ptp_photo_id=153772

And then in good text put:"Raptor World"(maybe with the raptors logo near it) and under that put this slogan: "New Season,New Website"

I know,that was after i made this topic,and then i put it in the signature thread so this topic can be deleted
