Before I leave for college, my dad has agreed to take me anywhere in the world. Anyone have any suggestions?

Come to Bangkok, Thailand ! Really exotic. Nice Scenary and alot of things to do. Alot of things to try out like our food. Also are girls aren't that bad too if you like asian girls

Dubai is the best place to go for a vacation.

Why would he like it there? Free blunts? I mean, it's a vacation to ANYWHERE in the world & you'd come here just for free blunts? Save your money on that trip. You can make that trip with college buddies orso.

Use this opportunity to go to a country that isn't as...well, ordinary. Amsterdam has nothing to offer. Holland has nothing to offer. Their cuisine sucks, they have little to no culture, nothing is really their own besides...well, what the fuck do they call hutspot in English? Anyone? Anyways, it's some sort of mash with all sorts of stuff and sausages. They smoke blunts & drink lots of beer. Their taste in comedy sucks & pretty much all their shows involve a gay person. If there is one thing they live & die for it's football. Pretty much because they don't really excel in any other sport.

The people are cold & unfriendly. If you're being friendly, you want something so everyone just tries to not be friendly. It's fast paced & just uncomfortable lifestyle in general, hectic, chaotic & busy. Rush, rush & rush.

Go to somewhere you actually realise you're on a vacation. As I said, Mauritius. Or if you like snow, Kazhakstan (sp?). My uncle lives there & I've seen their home video's, nice place to ski.

Take a cruise to Alaska or to another country. Cruises are always fun.

Of course. Its in Northern Thailand. It's a good place for Tourisms to go. There are alot of Monuments and Wat ( Temples ) there to go check out. Hot weather over there. There are Thai handicrafts originate in north Thailand, and you can visit factories and shops that make and sell almost everything. Best of all, it is quite affordable. Also while your there in Chiang Mai, you'll most likely ride on a elephant and they will take you around and show you the great scenary if you into that kinda stuff. Is that all your going to Jugs ? Not stoppin by Bangkok. That's where the party is at

Well, I'm Finish, and I've been there. I also have French-Canadian roots, and Native American roots, so nothing really stems from that.

I've already been to Italy too, and Dubai is somewhere I've actually been considering. The thing is though, is that I'm not exactly looking for a hot spot vacationing place, I like the more urban, exploration type places.

Another place I've already been, but yes, Amsterdam is definitley a great place.

Definitley a possibility, Prague has always intrigued me.

I was leaning towards going to see Istanbul before an earthquake destroys it, but the weather in December (when I will be going) is rainy and cold.

You've got to enlighten us on what it is you're looking for.

If you're looking for sun, sand & fun, head to one of the islands I've mentioned in the past. (ABC islands.)

If you're looking for grayness & cold, head to Europe.

If you're looking for adventure/wildlife, head to Suriname. ( I say Suriname given I've been to their jungles & it's paradise, it's a rainforest type place so that's something different when compared to Sea & Sand of Curacao or gray & wet of Holland.)

Where else have I been? Humm, been to India once & the pollution ticked me off + the amount of people made me claustorphobic so I wouldn't suggest that.

Puerto Rico was awesome too, but that'd be more of a college time destination.

Come to Australia haha.. New Zealand is unbelievable! The scenary is amazing there and there is HEAPS to do! also Bali is pretty good for partying but you have to be careful over there.. Phillipines is nice too.. the people arnt like the retards we have on this site haha they are actually really nice!

Whatever you do, don't go to a third world country and come back with some nasty disease and pass it around.

I'm also considering Costa Rica. I almost went there on a school trip a few years ago, but I got denied because my Science grades sucked.

Suriname seems interesting... I'll chek it out!

Australia won't work because we don't speak a foreign language, so it won't feel like a holiday. Unless you go to Sydney and you'll think you're in Asia.

Bali (with a large empty bag).

Costa Rica's nice too, we went with our school, the scenery is awesome. We took pics under a waterfall etc, too flowery for my liking though.
