critique:

• (Y) the background graphics are solid
• (Y) you spelled your name correctly

• (N) the tone and hue of red is a bit on the nose (just a little)
• (N) kinda looks like you've got tmac off to the side because you only have half a picture
• (N) The stroke outline around the text is a little
• (N) not sold on whether or not the text is appropriate
• (N) Appears to be an absense of design

suggestions:

• you might want to add some kind of discernable border
• if you are using outer glow with multiply instead of stroke on the text then you'll want to switch to stroke. If you're already using stroke then use a thinner border or making inside or center instead of outside stroke. It just needs to tighten up a little. The black also seems like a departure from the theme.. maybe make the outline red and then have white text and then take the fill back to 90% or something
• if you actually don't have the full tmac picture use a different one. It kinda looks like he's taking a crap anyway.
• you need a simple design in the foreground whether it's a line (say 15 to 30 pixels high) or some of those hoops for a tie in with the rockets logo. It needs something, but it that something shouldn't necessarily be another graphic. A simple shape will suffice.

Too much space in the middle. You can do better. The pic is not a good one and dont put it all the way to the right.

Try making the sig width smaller, maybe around 300-350px, and after doing that make the TD 21 text a couple sizes smaller...then it will look really good!

Improve the cropping on the pics, it's kind of pixelated.
Also try Duplicate Layer and setting the copy layer to Overlay (after that you can try to Desaturate the copy layer [Ctrl+D] and see if it's looks better)
