Madden 06 PC framerate

Does anyone here have this game on the PC? If so have you experienced any issues with the game like last years version where after you pick your play the game jitters until the men reach the line of scrimmage. After that the game plays fine. I remember on 05 I was having that problem until the first patch came out which fixed my problem. Just wanted to know if anyone else was having this problem. Here are my PC specs in case their is a know hardware conflict or something

Sapphire ATI Radeon X700 PCI-E
120G SATA HD
Thrustmaster Dual Analog Gamepad

You've got to turn off texture compression.
If you play Madden PC, you should go to www.football-freaks.com

It's a real good site mostly dedicated to the PC Madden series.

Thanks cocobee, I'll try that when I get home. That site is pretty cool, I've been there before when 05 first came out to download rosters.
