Thomas Herrion, a 23-year-old 49ers offensive lineman, collapsed in the locker room and later died Sunday morning, shortly after San Francisco played the Broncos in a preseason game at Denver. The cause of death isn't yet known.

He was actually pretty good, played at Utah in the NCAA and in NFL Europe
