I think Chapelle's Show is below average. I've never seen it but I'm striking against black comedians until Chris Rock becomes funny.

I didn't think it was all that great, it was nice for awhile but I lost interest. Guess I'm not as hip as I thought. Come to think of it I only watch serious shows. Wether it's The Shield, CSI: LV, CSI: NY, CSI: Miami, Law & Order SVU, Law & Order CI, Numb3rs, Cold Case and more recently, The Sopranos.

The only thing close to being funny is Las Vegas, and that too I sometimes think is too glitzy and glamourish. Guess I watch it just to switch up the serious shows I watch. But comedy...I can't think of anything. I just didn't see the huge fuss about a guy "peeing" on someone, calling white people a "niggar" and Eddie Murphy's brother having fights with "Rick James, bitch". It's time pass at the most, as I said, mediocre in my books.

I guess I'm more for the drama & suspense. Shit, now I'm a thirty year old white male who's a drama queen. It just seems to be getting worse.

I actually got a clip of the Rick James thing, just to see what all of the fuss was about... first it was just a small audio clip of him saying "I'm Rick James, bitch" ... thought it wasnt' funny in the slightest, so I got a video clip and surprise surprise it still wasn't funny at all. I guess he knows his target audience at least, he has the teenage market completely wrapped up.

But Rick James isn't the best. I like the Player Hater's Ball, Black Bush, Wayne Brady, Sam Jackson beer, the Racial Draft, and The Mad Real World. If you can watch two of those without thinking it's funny at all than I guess it just isn't for you.

But Richard Pryor is still funnier than all of these people.

Then there was the hilarious Wayne Brady Skit he did, OMFG. I never knew Wayne Brady was so gangsta.

I watched the Sam Jackson beer one and the Racial Draft. I managed to sit through the Beer one but the Racial draft, that was just weak. I watched till they got Powell (I think?) and then I was like nah, let's just go back to watching something else.

I'll have a look at the Real Mad World, I'm open to viewing it with an open mind, I too would enjoy being able to talk about it, but if it's awful...then that's it for me & the Chappelle show.

Yeah, In my oppinion you cant get much better than the Mad Real World. (Its Episode 6 on the First Season)
