Converting .wav video to .mp3 audio

How do you do it? Someone suggested VirtualDub but other than download.com I can't find any place to dowload it, and download.com isn't working for me.

Itunes converts wavs to mp4s, which are nicer.
Or just google it...what they hey I'll do it for ya

Do you mean "buying" when you said buying? :P

Anyway, I think ImToo Converter is a good one to convert mpeg's to mp3s.

I'm talking about those Jin freestyles actualy, which I can't buy...

Aw shit, I just realized they're mpegs, any suggestions? And for anyone who has an iPod, is the filetype the reason it automatically skips the song whenever I try to play it?
