Well we've had our first week already and I'm happy to say every team except one submitted something, so well done guys and thanks for making the effort. Now voting for the task starts... as Team Weis didn't submit a task, every member will be up for eviction along with the two members the losing team nominates, so for our first eviction (which will happen after the voting for the task) we'll have 6 people up. Anyways, a few rules...
RULES
You can vote for anyone you want, no restrictions on that.
Voting will close on Monday, 3rd April at 9:30pm EST (NY time).
If there are two winners, or two losers, we'll have a one day long tiebreaking vote.

TEAM REPORT
The idea came right to me and I knew that the concept of a "special class" would be in our picture.
Riot - Did nicely. Supported me all the way. Can't say anything wrong about it.
Mikki - Gave notice that he wouldn't be around for a few days, so I can't really blame him for it. He also supported me.
Null - Was MIA most of the time. I was kinda mad about that. It took a while for him to actually get back to me. But he supported me so I'm not really pissed at him.

i made the thing in photoshop
ive made a deal with the other guys that i would make this graphical thing so i wouldnt have to do some future tasks involved writing since english isnt my native language.
they had some small ideas and also gave me their opinions on the stuff i cam up with. of course its obviously who the retards of the NLSC are, so i didnt need help with that.
the final idea just popped up all of a sudden and then i made it and i was pretty content.
thats all folks

TEAM REPORT
Introduction:
The first task of the NLSC Reality Show pitted team against team in a competition to produce the most eye-catching and creative graphical tribute possible to celebrate the existence of ‘retards’ who have come in and out of the NLSC. Team Retardo took onboard the task with the same mentality as many teams would have in terms of deciding on which retards to display.
‘Retards’ has a seemingly very specific definition as most posters view guys like Heido, Lankyman and Homer as past retards. And Coolmac as a present one. Our original approach to the task was to do a ‘Wall of Shame’ for players like Lanky, Homer, Heido, Coolmac and portray Coolmac as a Jesus Christ figure in an attempt to show that he is the retard’s messiah who is bringing back retardation to the forums.
Deciding on What to Do:
After much discussion between Filip and Najira, they were seriously thinking about boycotting the task and handing nothing in to be evaluated. Sit agreed with their point of view but had a different idea as outlined in the following MSN conversation:
It was decided then that Jae would be the perfect retard to be portrayed in a graphical tribute. Why? Think about it NLSC, all the outcasts who have already received enough s*it from the majority of the forum community and have been banned wouldn’t really be getting any fair treatment if we don’t get over them and still resort to ragging them in our spare time.
And Jae, who is a respected ‘senior’ member of the forums spends five minutes to think of a ‘genius’ mission to send us on can only think of one thing; flaming reatards. Shows how many brain cells he has and doesn’t that make hi ma retard himself.
Our message to Jae: Get over it and think of something more creative instead of the norm. Using your brain doesn’t hurt!
The Task:
The team had a team meeting to discus the layout of the tribute to Jae. Since his face has never appeared on the forums, we decided to use Godzilla in our picture. His soft toy is a symbol of him which is well known to most posters and it is only appropriately to use this symbol.
The team then agreed on using George Bush as Jae’s picture partner. Bush; which is debatable, is abusing his power as President to start countless ‘missions’ against terror… when he is creating even more unnecessary terror. Going to war for the wrong reasons and not know why he even went to war builds up to prove why he is a retard.
The team decided on their roles. Sit was team leader for the task and tried to overlook the whole process. Filip was important in putting forward his opinion of the task and came up with valid points for the team to use. Dogg was quick finding suitable pictures and Najira photo shopped and produced the final product.
It was a team effort in terms of brainstorming ideas to use and Team Retardo stands by the finished product as seen below.

Well, I'll be totally honest and say I'm not much of a leader. Cyanide was the true leader of this task. I had voted for him but Cyanide & Mafia voted for me and I think X just went along with their vote. Anywho's, they wanted me to be leader so alas, I am leader.
Anyways, onto the task. I've got zilch photoshop skills and I made clear that the team knew that much. Cyanide (who's name I'm still to find out...
) said he's got the Photoshop skills so he'll take care of the graphical parts. Sounds coolio to me I says. So like yesterday Cyanide PM'ed me asking about some info he could put in so I went with the obvious choices of the über morons: Homor, Heidi & Lanky Bitch. Naturally we had to put in some signs of the sheep humping gif alas I had very little time & I couldn't pin point it for Cyanide. Anywyas, he did a great job by putting a sheep humping picture in the background, quite clever in my opinion. I went to the black NLSC to look for past retards alas my school teacher caught me and kicked me out of the class. Hehe, when I went home my mom kept dogging me about studying so I couldn't really look for things I wanted to look for. (Perhaps a few more Andrew Scott quotes. 
, hehehe, if I had more time I'd even put in the Yinka Dare thread. Or the one created by tales in which he had a convo with Michael Jackson, oh well...we tried our best with the little time all of us had.)
Anyways, onto how I think the team did. Cyanide was the man. He did it all, he processed my summary of the retards and placed them in the pictures. I didn't have much contact with Mafia & X so I can't really say they did much. According to what Cyanide said, they didn't do all that much either. Anyways, I'd like to take the blame for their lack of participation given I was the team leader and it's my task to push my team forward when they do tend to relax a bit. I gave them the option of voting me out if they wanted to btw.
