First we have to start with the base for your sig. The limits here at the NLSC are 450x100... these limits are strictly enforced, although if you have two sigs that are combined under 50kb you can probably get away with having both of them, at a combined 450x200. Throw in a quote just to rub it in a bit more. Now, your base should look something like this...

Now we get to insert our first picture! This is where it gets exciting, now at the NLSC there seems to be some rules regarding which pictures can and can't be included in your sig. They are something like this...
CAN BE INCLUDED
Rapper
Bandwagoned NBA player
CAN NOT BE INCLUDED
Anything else.
Alright, now to elaborate on that further here are a list of the acceptable rappers and bandwagoned NBA players...
2Pac
Josh Smith
That's it, no one else is deemed acceptable. Now for the purposes of this example I've gone slightly out of the circle and put in a rapper of my own choice, after you've inserted your picture it should look something like this...

Looks cool! Keep it up this way and people will be worshipping you in the Request a Sig Thread!! Now we need to add some text, and the most common text here at the NLSC is one of the following...
Corny song lyric
Corny slogan
Now, most of you will realize that a corny slogan doesn't really go too well with a picture of 2Pac, and a corny lyric might not go as well with Josh Smith. You can however mix and match, it doesn't always completely fail. Anyways here's one I prepared earlier...

We're almost done, a few more minutes and you too will have a sig of your own! Now most good sig makers need some credit, whether it's added onto the sig or whether it's added under the sig doesn't matter as long as they get their dues! Sig makers aren't usually egotistical people the credit on the sig is generally discret and not very easy to see, here's an example...

We're finished! Now you can upload it using Mazzocchi's sig and avatar useage tutorial in the NLSC Issues section, congratulations you've now made an NLSC-approved sig! I hope this has been helpful to people.
