King of the Hill is amazing

I don't know if any of you regularily watch the show, but it is one of my top 3 currently airing shows right now (behind Scrubs and Chapelle's Show). It just keeps getting better. Last week had Bill and Boomhauer frying various foods in one of my favourite moments ever. Hank being typically worried about something causing Bobby to go even more over the top. And while it's all happening Peggy and Luann are stranded at a parking lot eating stolen junk food and Dale is selling bee stings for their medicinal purposes. The show is currently absolutley killing every other cartoon. I have not yet watched today's episode, but will soon. (I download if I miss the actual air time. Which I usually do since Sunday is time for a 'family dinner')

I've given this show numerous chances to impress me, but it simply can't. The characters voices are so boring, and usually just the storyline of the show is boring. There aren't many cartoons that I watch but I'd put Futurama, Simpsons, Family Guy ahead of it definetly (probably missed a couple but who cares)

I do find it funny, but yeah I'd put The Simpsons, South Park and Family Guy ahead of it by miles. Although I did see an old repeat of The Simpsons the other day, where Homer becomes the coach of Bart's football team and the KOTH family are sitting there going "We drove 8 thousand miles for this?" or something along those lines.

Like Jae, I enjoy it but not as much as the Simpsons or South Park. Peggy Hill just might be the most irritating character in an animated comedy.

Yeah, the only real funny one is that Boomhauer or whatever it is, just because you can't understand a thing he's saying. I don't like the fat son either.

I like king of the hill. I'd put it tied for 2nd with the Simpsons.

Although teh new simpsons episodes are friggin hilarious again.

Boomhauer's gibberish talk is hilarious. Bobby's homosexual tendencies are abit worrying, not to mention his 6" indian friend

lol, I was watching the Simpsons yesterday and it showed something similar. I'm not sure what the KOTH family are, but in my case, this family of trailer park people were waiting in line to go into a museum that was reserved for Mr. Burns' employee gathering, so museum visitors can't have access. The family goes, "We drove 8 thousand miles for this?" So I'm guessing these guys make that line occasionally.

If you've got Familiy Guy, Simpsons, South Park, why would you want King?

I don't really like Futurama, but I prefer it over King...

Family Guy does pwn all cartoons, but it is not currently airing (new episodes at least) so I didn't include it (SUNDAY MAY 1ST, 9:00 - NEW SEASON OF FAMILY GUY). Futurama is about equal to it IMO, but it's also not currently airing.

The fact that Hank is so monotonous is part of what's funny to me. I'm just about to watch yesterday's episode, and it will be good. They just are.

South Park is overrated.
The 1st season was good, everything afterwards especially Kenny's ultimate demise was crap(N)

Sunday's episode was definitley solid, but also definitley not as good as last weeks.

I think the current seasons of South Park are actually superior to the first few seasons, since Matt and Trey have found their satirical voice, providing more social commentary and using parodies much more effectively, albeit still with some of the shock humour that made the show popular in the first place.
