Guns: Good or Bad?

What is your opinion on guns should require a license, be legal or not, how many should be the maximum owned, the waiting time for getting one, and all that good stuff.

I personally think that guns should be legal, but the licensing process be changed drastically. The only purpose they serve is hunting and crime. If someone is trying to buy a gun they should be put though a tough screening process to prove that they will be using this for something that is legal. And no one has a purpose for more than a couple guns, unless they're collecting them. If somebody wants to collect guns they should be going through a process that is twice as hard and long.

And little handguns don't work for anything but being a concealed weapon in a hold-up. They should should be mae illegal all together. And I don't think anyone needs one for self-defence. Get some mace you tool, you don't need a gun.

Of course guns are still going to find their ways into our culture and crimes. But if they are regulated strongly, and more are made illegal, then the risk may outway the benefit in some of these potential crimminals eyes.

Guns should only be sold for hunting and crime, none of that self defense bullshit. Requirements should be strict, and bullets can't be purchased at Wal Mart.

As a result, gun crimes probably would go down and battery/stabbings would probably go up.

Handguns should require you to do a validating course and be held only in your private residence.

Rifles should have the same course, and you should need to ahve a special permit with you while you are in a public place.

I don't even think that hunting should be legal, just play a fucking video game. There's no reason to go kill animals in the wild.All it does is give retailers a reason to sell guns to those who claim they will use it for hunting.

In the US, you guys might as well all have guns, cuz the majority of you are convinced that terrorists are hiding in your grocery bags.

In Canada, the gun laws are much stricter than in the states. I know I have no reason to live in fear, so I would never need one. I hardly ever lock the doors to my house, just at night, and my garage has never had a lock on it in 18 years, and nothing has ever been stolen.

In conclusion, Charlton Heston should eat shit and die....of natural causes, of course.

I could have put a bandaid but it would look wierd putting a bandaid on a big bump. Luckily my parents are very nice and caring, so they belived my stupid lies such as; The pimple is giving me a headache, The pimple is causing my nose to swell up.

I am also in favor of hunting, but just to answer your question, there are some animals called livestock.

You can get food from them. Not only from ducks, deers or wild boars.
