Your own sports team

just out of curiousity

if you were to create your own a sports team (create a new franchise) what would you call it...it's hometown etc.

can't think of any yet but here's the things i'd like to know about. you can add other information if you want...

Hmm, I'd go with

Team Name: Jackal's. (Ooh, so original.)
Home Town: Las Vegas.
Sport: Basketball.
Short Explanation: Pretty obvious, for the love of the game & the money. Not to mention the women. Besides, Las Vegas is party central, why wouldn't someone want a team there. Well, your players would have child problems a la Shawn Kemp, but just trade those suckers away every year. :P

yea I knew :) but the question was "if you were to own a sports team...", and If I was to own a sports team I would want to own the Knicks

The halftime entertainment would be me on a throne that slowly spun around so that the entire audience could see me, while both teams, their coachs, the cheerleaders, and Jessica Alba bowed down to me. It would last about 10 minutes.
