The reason I started this topic, isn't wholy because of, but is mainly because of the following topic:
Do you believe in...
And in particular, the posts made by Filip and Mikki which were nothing but the

emoticon.
Basically that thread was promoting some good discussion amongst forum members, on a touchy subject that we all seemed to be talking about without wanting to murder each other, or damning them to hell. The flow of this was somewhat ruined when for no apparent reason, Filip and Mikki took it upon themselves to make 2 posts each with nothing but Spammo up there.
I know this kind of thing has happened before, in the Letting Off Steam thread or whatever but I would rather people didn't do this kind of thing in threads where there are actual serious discussions to be had. If you don't have anything to contribute to the topic, then don't post. It's a better alternative to just posting Spammo.
I'd like to add that I am not just singling out Mikki and Filip. Old School Fool does it alot more than those guys, but this is also just a warning to anyone else.
From now on, all posts made in this nature will be deleted. I don't particularly give a shit if it bothers people, but the next time I see a thread interrupted by

, and more annoyingly, the quoting of

I will delete those posts, thus lowering your precious post count.
As I stated above, I singled out Mikki and Filip because they were the ones who did it in that particular thread but they're not the only culprits, and they aren't the only people who have done it. Things have been going fantastically well in General Talk over the last month or so, and I'm really impressed with the way everyone is contributing and how some of the newer members are fitting in. In the interests of continuing this good work, I'm going to pretty much eradicate spam step by step. Thanks for reading, and I will now lock this thread... any issues to take up, PM me.
Shit, another one of my threads locked
Edit: On the advice of Andrew this thread has now been stickied for future reference.
