NLSC Sim League

Will anyone be interested in having an NLSC sim league.

we can have Head and Assistant GM/Coaches......the heads can be the moderators/vet members and the assistant will be hired(choosen) from the head gm by picking a member from the community they wanna join forces with.

I dunno it'll be nice to have something more fun than just a yahoo fantasy league.....not sure if all of u got the time but thought Ill ask.

I was thinking fantasy draft to make it a bit more interesting.

Views and comments are welcome. :)

I think he means using nba live 2005, in which case it would be a different program. Even if he uses the same program as nbalive.org, there wont be a corrupt commish so it would be different :crazy:

But a sim league like that using nba live would require the right kind of forms and stuff.

yeah using Live 05 of course.....I dont go to nbalive.org so I dunno anything they start or w/e.....

Ill create a board and stuff tmrw.....and get down to the rules etc..... :)

well I created the board.....but I might need some help from at least 2 ppl....maybe one to think about trading rules/free agency and the other to well keep tab of trades/free agent signings and board maintainence.....and it will be nice if someone could be in charge of simming and posting the results. :)

its your guys call.....if u wanna start something It be cool but I will need help because Ill go mad trying to do everything on my own in there.

the post above does say using Live 05 but its been bummed out to find it over here....

err yeah so give me your views on this issue....cause if your not down with using 04 then I might have to scrap it unless a kind soul is prepared to do some tideous work. :cry:

You could always use Season Ticket Basketball 2003. It's pretty good for sim leagues, I've been in a few that use it.

Edit: STB makes HTML files out of rosters, stats, boxscores, drafts etc you name it... only downside is that it doesn't have Charlotte.

Id love to but the fact that I dont have live 05 is causing conflict....if u guys were ok with Live 04....we can start things right now after ppl sign up.....I dunno ppl are favouring Live 05 I guess but well it'll help if u guys can reply and say like Jowe on what u prefer...
and yeah draft will be randomised....Ill be jotting down the names of franchises on strips of papers....u know the lottery method via cap or hat. :)

I really wanna get this started but its so friggin hard to get Live 05 here now....specially with all the Software laws coming into play...Ill try my best...

Admittedly Live 05 would be the best, but I think STB would be better than Live 04.
