Tom Brady

For such a sporting champion, doesnt he seem too nervous all the time in interviews.
I mean, I dont want him to act like TO or anything, but C'mon...champion QB...get some confidence!!

Any thoughts?

Tom brady is still very underated when the season started only when people start asking what QB would you want to have for 1 game everyone starts saying tom brady. i would like to have him for the whole season.

i like the eagles but the patriots are a complete team and will destroy the eagles. 8-)

The Patriots have plenty of confidence, they just don't showboat it. And saying anything detrimental towards Tom Brady's attitude is a sin. He is definitley a good QB and not just a product of the team's system. 60 yard touch passes don't get thrown perfectly because of a team's system.

He's very humble in every interview I've seen. Like colin said, he's not going around saying he's 2-time SB MVP and shit like that. It's a good attitude, IMO (Y)

The patriots are tools. They over react at everything. They feel they get disrespected at the smallest of things, like freddy simply saying "i got somthing for ya harrison", like thats a real insult. Tom Brady to me is a winner, but not in the same class as McNabb, or a Manning, or a healthy Mcnair. The pats defense is the reason they win games, plain and simple.

I think it's Big Bill that's getting them fired up about not being respected enough... I can imagine Bellichik assembling the guys in the video room and showing Freddie "The Mouth" Mitchell's comments for two hours non-stop. Wouldn't that fire you up and make you go out there and kick some ass? Especially Freddie lanky one? Now that's called constant motivation fellas, and the Pats have it in abundance...

If you manage to break this team's spirit even for 5 minutes during the course of game, the game is as good as over.Problem is , few have done it in the past 3 years and never when it counts.... So, Dynasty? you ask me... and i answer yes ,even if the Pats lose today...

No it wouldnt. Somebody saying "Matthew, I got somthing for you" wouldn't fire me up in the slightest. As for a dynasty, not yet. If they win today, then yes. If they dont, they are on the same level as the 97-98 bronco's..

Lay off the Haterade, Matthew. The Pats are on their way to winning their third Super Bowl in four years. The Bronco's only won two. They're a less star-studded version of the Cowboys of 1993-1996 -- an arguably better team, just not without the Smith's, Sanders', and Irvin's.

You really need to come to grips with the fact that Tom Brady is clutch. It wasn't the Pats defense that led that final drive during their first Super Bowl. He doesn't choke when it counts like Manning, and currently, he's outperforming McNabb.

Well in this years Superbowl it was won by the Pat's Defense wether you like it or not...... Or it could be the fact that Donovan McNabb sucked.... And Freddie Mitchell talked allot of crap he couldnt back up!

looks like the whole Patriots defense what showboatin every time they had a good run or complete pass or good Defensive play. Patriot really showed what takes to be a great team. much props to the pats after 3 superbowl wins and every time me rooting against them except when they beat the rams(i hate that team) have now made me feal stupid . :wall:

bow down to the Patriots   :chug:

The Eagles wasted too much time during the 4th (N)
McNabb sucked most of the time (N)
I was rooting for Philly (N) (N) The Patriots win again, but now they're without their Defensive and Ofensive coaches.

Theres no haterade... Its just that before this 3rd superbowl win they were not a dynasty team. 2 out of 3 superbowls makes you a very good team, but 3 out of 4 does qualify them for a dynasty.

As for the cowboys, they were just an unbelievable team. What was their point differential in superbowl games? like 17 points? Thats insane its so good. I'm not saying they are better (although i think they would beat the pats), i'm just saying that needs to be taken into account.

As for the patriots, they do deserve alot of credit. But I cant say that Brady is on Joe Montana level when i cant even put him on peyton mannings level of individual brilliance. Sure Brady wins, but so did luc longley. This new england defense is the primary reason for the patriots dominance, then its corey dillon, then its brady. I'm not hating, its just from my perspective...

My fault. I misread and thought you said that they're only the Broncos IF they win.

Dillon? The Pats seemed to do just fine without him during the first two championships. Not discounting his valuability this year, but keep in mind that he was only with the New England for a third of the dynasty.
