Good players!

Hello Forum!!
Im in a shitty computer in a place called Punta Cana, in the Dominican Republic, having a well deserved vacations with my parents.
Before this tropical paradise, I went on a Royal Caribbean cruise which had a full size basketball court.
I was hoping to play with people and have a great time, but I got some heavy and cool competition instead!
Im from Chile, so obviously I dont play with a lot of amercans, but at least in the cruise, the majority of the guys were GREAT!!
I was of course the smallest one (being 5 foot 8 inches really doesnt help) but had an amazing time, since im not that bad. There was this one guy, Rufus, that was in another level than everyone! He was 6 foot 5 inches and did everything, get it??? He passed, rebounded and shot from EVERYWHERE he was just silly.
Amnd everyone had a great basketball level get it??? Like 7 out of 10 people had a nice jumpshop or good defense! In other places I dont think there is such a ratio of decent /not decent players.
That is all. Im impressed by the good american basketball players average.
I hope everybody is having a nice vacation (if it is the seaon) and be happy.

I was on a Royal Caribbean cruise too. But playing ball on the court sucked because the wind affected the ball so much. I went up and attempted a finger roll, only to have it go backwards. I spent most of my time eating free pizza and cookies with some guys from Maine.

playing against better ppl is great, you have to up the intensity and do all the hustling and stuff
when i played bball in HS i was the best at school and we'd play games during lunch and i'd dominate.....i'd hit 3's in ppl's mugs, pin shots to the board, rebound, set up players, get triple teamed and still score....that was crazy fun, no one could stop me and they barely slowed me down....of coure my team lost nearly all the time cos everyone else sucked so i had to do everything....playing 1 on 5 on O is easy enough but on D it's hard as shit
