as far as vertical goes, 10 inches is a lot to strive for....i was doing Air Alert 3 and that screwed my ankle, it's pretty intense but i also did it during the bball season which isn't recommended. I might be able to help you out with a few sites but if you wanna gain at least 1 inch w/o working out all you do is stretch.....everymorning when you wake up stretch your legs for 5 mins and same before you g oto sleep....your natural elasticity will increase fairly quickly and you'l have an inch more on your vertical

I need to improve my handles too. But I really don't know where its best to start. Generally my left hand is worse then my right hand. I can drive right but occasionaly I'll lose control of the ball if I go too fast. Left handed I can't really drive well at all.When people figure it out they just guard my right side. Whats the best way to improve your ball control when driving?

If everyone on this forum was Australian they'd be saying "ay?" right about now... the reason I picked Mazzocchi is basically he's done what I thought was impossible, and in the space of about 5 or 6 days has actually maked me like him somewhat. I've given him hell for about as long as I've seen him around... whether it was flaming him about his website, following him around and tormenting him for copying people or posting messages as other people on his and his girlfriends blog's... yet he takes it all, and doesn't spaz out about it. Well done, it's been a pretty good improvement.
